CANCELLED...



The tornadic thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out 

of the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.



A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for south central

Mississippi.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 PM CDT FOR NORTHERN

MARION...SOUTHERN LAWRENCE AND SOUTHWESTERN JEFFERSON DAVIS

COUNTIES...



At 1047 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado

was located over Jayess, or 15 miles south of Monticello, moving east

at 40 mph.



HAZARD...Tornado.



SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.



IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 

         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 

         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 

         likely.



This dangerous storm will be near...

  Topeka and Tilton around 1050 PM CDT.

  Holly Springs around 1055 PM CDT.

  Goss, Oak Vale, and Morgantown around 1100 PM CDT.

  Society Hill around 1105 PM CDT.

  Columbia and Bunker Hill around 1110 PM CDT.

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest

floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
