...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM CDT

FOR NORTHEASTERN NEWTON AND SOUTHEASTERN NESHOBA COUNTIES...



At 548 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Forestdale, or

8 miles east of Philadelphia, moving east at 45 mph.



HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.



SOURCE...Radar indicated. At 532 PM, golfball size hail was reported 

         just west of Philadelphia.



IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 

         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind 

         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

Philadelphia, Union, Tucker, Herbert Springs, Neshoba, Forestdale,

Bethsaida, and House.
