...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 PM CDT

FOR NORTHEASTERN JACKSON AND SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES...



At 811 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near South

Pittsburg, or 7 miles northwest of Bridgeport, moving east at 30 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 

         roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

Bridgeport, Higdon, Anderson, Long Island, and Russell Cave National

Monument.
