...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM CDT

FOR WEST CENTRAL CAMERON COUNTY...



At 805 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Los Indios,

moving southeast at 35 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 

         roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

La Feria Police Department, Rangerville Elementary School, Los

Indios, Santa Maria, Las Rusias, Santa Maria High School, La Feria

Reservoir, Bluetown, Adams Gardens Reservoir, and La Feria Public

Library.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a

building.



This storm is producing large hail. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy

structure and stay away from windows.



Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
