FOR SOUTHEASTERN HIDALGO COUNTY...



At 708 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Edinburg North

High School, or over Edinburg, moving southeast at 35 mph.



HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 

         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind 

         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

Boeye Reservoir, Edinburg Regional Medical Center, Austin Middle

School, Mcallen High School, Augusto Guerra Elementary School, South

Pharr Elementary School, Buckner Elementary School, Jose Borrego
