...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM CDT

FOR NORTHWESTERN TODD AND SOUTHWESTERN MELLETTE COUNTIES...



At 801 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles south of

Cedar Butte, or 13 miles southwest of White River, moving south at 5

mph.



HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 

         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind 

         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

Rosebud, Parmelee, Upper Cut Meat, He Dog, Soldier Creek, Fairgrounds

Housing, Grass Mountain, Ring Thunder, and northern Rosebud

Reservation.
