...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 AM EDT

FOR SOUTHWESTERN CHESTER COUNTY...



At 1233 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southwest

of Chester, or 4 miles southwest of Chester State Park, moving east 

at 20 mph. This storm has weakened significantly. Unless it 

strengthens again, the warning will be allowed to expire on time at 

1245 AM. 



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.



Locations impacted include...

Chester State Park, Cornwell, and Chester.
