FOR WEST CENTRAL CHEROKEE AND EAST CENTRAL BARTOW COUNTIES...



At 1101 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lake

Arrowhead, or 8 miles west of Canton, moving east at 25 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 

         roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

Cartersville, White, Sutallee, and Lake Arrowhead.
