AND NORTHEASTERN HARRISON COUNTIES...



The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe

limits, and has exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning has

been cancelled. To report severe weather, contact your nearest law

enforcement agency. They will send your report to the National

Weather Service office.



A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for a

portion of east central Ohio.

NORTHEASTERN JEFFERSON OH, NORTHWESTERN WASHINGTON, SOUTHWESTERN

BEAVER, BROOKE AND HANCOCK COUNTIES...



At 532 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Wintersville,

or 6 miles northwest of Steubenville, moving east at 50 mph.



HAZARD...Quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.



Locations impacted include...

  Weirton, Steubenville, Toronto, Wintersville, Mingo Junction,

  Follansbee, Hooverson Heights, New Cumberland, Burgettstown,

  Richmond, New Manchester, Empire, Stratton, Bloomingdale, Frankfort

  Springs, Brentwood, Sun Valley, Colliers and East Steubenville.
