The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of 

the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.  Another 

warning is in effect for parts of the same area with another storm.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM EDT

FOR NORTHERN LICKING COUNTY...



At 524 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Utica, moving

east at 45 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind 

         damage to trees and power lines.



Locations impacted include...

Johnstown, Utica, St. Louisville, Fredonia, Fallsburg, US Route 62 at

State Route 661, and Purity.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Prepare immediately for large hail and deadly cloud to ground

lightning. Seek shelter inside a well-built structure. Stay away from

windows.



Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.

Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading

killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to

be struck by lightning.



Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to

flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
