FOR SOUTHWESTERN CENTRE AND EAST CENTRAL CLEARFIELD COUNTIES...



At 524 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over North

Philipsburg, moving east at 55 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 

         roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

Park Forest Village, Philipsburg, Chester Hill, Snow Shoe, North

Philipsburg, Clarence, South Philipsburg, Moshannon, Julian, Black

Moshannon State Park, Morrisdale, and West Decatur.



For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the

Woodland and Milesburg exits, specifically from mile markers 129 to

153.



This includes Interstate 99 from mile markers 66 to 71.
