FOR CENTRAL PENOBSCOT COUNTY...



At 223 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Howland, moving

northeast at 35 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.



Locations impacted include...

Howland, Lincoln, Enfield, Chester, Passadumkeag, Burlington, Lowell,

Woodville, Maxfield, and Seboeis.



This includes Interstate 95 between mile markers 212 and 236.
