  morning. Snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches valley, up to 3 

  inches across the mountains.



* WHERE...Lee, Russell, Scott VA, Washington VA, and Wise Counties.



* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.



* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions especially across the 

  higher elevations and elevated surface such as bridges and 

  overpasses. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday 

  morning commute.
