* WHAT...Snow and widespread blowing snow expected. Total snow 

  accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.



* WHERE...A portion of northeast North Dakota.



* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST Friday.



* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Mainly drifting snow 

  is expected, but in areas prone to blowing snow, the snow may be 

  lofted and reduce visibility as low as 1/4 mile. The hazardous 

  conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
