* WHAT...Snow, blowing snow, freezing drizzle, and patchy dense fog.

  Additional snow accumulations up to one inch and a light glaze of

  ice possible. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.



* WHERE...Much of western and central North Dakota.



* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST /5 AM MST/ Friday.



* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult driving conditions. Areas of blowing

  snow and fog could significantly reduce visibility.
