* WHAT...Snow accumulations from yesterday and last night will 

  remain in place today and hazardous travel will persist due to the 

  potential for black ice to form.

  Additionally, cold morning temperatures will allow any moisture or 

  snow on roads, bridges, and overpasses to freeze tonight.



* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest North Carolina.



* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Monday.



* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will 

  likely become slick and hazardous. The hazardous conditions could 

  impact the Monday morning commute.
