  inches falling mainly during the afternoon and evening commute.

  Locally higher amounts possible in the higher terrain of Preston

  and Tucker Counties.



* WHERE...Portions of northern West Virginia.



* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Wednesday.



* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions as snow may create

  hazardous conditions that impact the afternoon and evening commute.
