* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Small pockets of dense fog developed 

  overnight and spread across the city. Fog is expected to lift 

  through the morning although some small pockets may remain into 

  the afternoon.
