Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong front moving north across the northern Gulf of Alaska late Monday night into Tuesday morning will bring strong easterly winds across Kodiak Island and the Barren Islands. The strongest winds will be along the east and northeast coast and areas susceptible to easterly channeled winds. The strongest winds are expected by mid-morning and will diminish through early afternoon. Moderate to heavy rain will also accompany the front with rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches possible.
