* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to 

  one inch. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.



* WHERE...Kivalina and Red Dog Dock.



* WHEN...Until 11 AM AKST Friday.



* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and 

  blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make 

  travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on 

  slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could 

  significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could 

  impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.

  mile will be possible in blowing snow.



* WHERE...Seward Peninsula, Bering Strait region, Kobuk Valley, and 

  Kotzebue Sound.



* WHEN...Until 11 AM AKST Friday.
