  Northeastern Rankin County in central Mississippi...

  Northern Scott County in central Mississippi...



* Until 600 PM CDT.



* At 456 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Farmhaven, or

  14 miles southwest of Carthage, moving east at 35 mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 

           to roofs, siding, and trees.



* Locations impacted include...

  Carthage, Walnut Grove, Redwater, Standing Pine, Sebastopol,
