* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...

  Western Chester County in Upstate South Carolina...

  Southeastern Union County in Upstate South Carolina...



* Until 1245 AM EDT.



* At 1150 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles southeast

  of Union, or 4 miles west of Carlisle, moving east at 20 mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind 

           damage to trees and power lines.



* Locations impacted include...

  Chester State Park, Leeds, Monarch Mill, Carlisle, Santuc,

  Cornwell, Union, and Chester.
