  Northern Cortland County in central New York...

  Southeastern Onondaga County in central New York...



* Until 245 PM EDT.



* At 210 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Tully, or 12

  miles north of Cortland, moving east at 40 mph.



  HAZARD...Two inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 

           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect 

           considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to 

           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
