* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 11 AM PDT this morning. For 

  the Small Craft Advisory, until 9 AM PDT Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could 

  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
