...GALE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY

MORNING...



* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and

  seas 10 to 15 ft possible, mainly over the outer open waters,

  and 3 to 6 feet over the tidal lakes and sounds.



* WHERE...Portions of Gulf of America, as well as tidal lakes and

  sounds. 



* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Thursday morning.



* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could 

  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible

hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter

course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
