* Until 815 PM CDT.



* At 735 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Port Lavaca,

  moving east at 10 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Port Lavaca, Port Oconnor, Matagorda Ship Channel, Turtle Bay, and

  Palacios Bay.
