* Until 230 AM EDT.



* At 142 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 nm northeast of

  Fort Niagara, or 7 nm northeast of Niagara River, moving east at 25

  knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Wilson, Fort Niagara, Niagara River, and Olcott.
