* Until 545 AM EDT.



* At 426 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from Quinby Inlet to 11 nm south of Wachapreague Reef to

  7 nm west of 26 Mile Hill, moving northeast at 35 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.

  Great Machipongo Inlet, Wachapreague Inlet, Chincoteague Bay,
