  Coastal waters from Fenwick Island DE to Chincoteague VA out 40

  nm...



* Until 345 AM EDT.



* At 220 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 16 nm west of Ocean City Inlet to 10 nm north of

  Chincoteague to near Chincoteague Bay, moving east at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Chincoteague, African Queen Wreck, Chincoteague Bay, Jackspot Reef,

  and 10 Nm East Of Ocean City Inlet.
