* Until 830 PM HST.



* At 630 PM HST, a strong thunderstorm was located near FAD Buoy MM,

  or 16 nm east of Kaneohe Marine Base, moving northeast at 30 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  FAD Buoy U, FAD Buoy T, Mokulua Islands, and FAD Buoy MM.
