  7 to 10 feet.



* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.



* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Friday.



* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Elevated trade swell and wind waves,

  reinforced by the trade-wind surge caused by the pressure

  gradient between Tropical Storm Hagupit to the south-southwest 

  and the subtropical ridge to the north, will maintain elevated 

  seas hazardous to small craft through Friday afternoon.
