* WHAT...East winds around 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas

  8 to 11 feet.



* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.



* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST this afternoon.



* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Elevated trade swell and wind waves,

  reinforced by the pressure gradient between Tropical Storm 05W

  to the south and high pressure to the north, will maintain 

  elevated seas hazardous to small craft through this afternoon.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
