Winds across northern Lynn Canal have mostly diminished to around

15 kt out of the south, with seas 2 to 3 feet. Winds in far 

northern Lynn Canal across the Taiya Inlet near Skagway are still 

blowing out of the southwest at 20 kt with gusts to near 30 kt at

times. The winds over Taiya Inlet and at Skagway will diminish

gradually after midnight to around 15 kt by daybreak.
