...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in 

Washington...



  Cedar River At Renton affecting King County.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 

dangers of flooding.



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.



Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 

cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL MONDAY MORNING...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Cedar River at Renton.



* WHEN...Until Monday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, the Cedar River will cause minor flooding 

  along the river in Renton.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 8:15 PM PDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet.

  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

  - The river has remained around flood stage today.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    again tonight after midnight to a crest of 13.2 feet late

    tonight due to increased outflows upstream It will then

    gradually fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening or

    early Monday morning.
