...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM PDT /445 AM MST/ 

EARLY THIS MORNING...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.



* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arizona, including the following 

  county, Mohave, southern California, including the following 

  county, San Bernardino, and southern Nevada, including the 

  following county, Clark.



* WHEN...Until 445 AM PDT /445 AM MST/.



* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 241 AM PDT /241 AM MST/, Heavy rain and thunderstorms

    continue early this morning. Storms are currently focused

    east of Laughlin / Bullhead City where Thumb Butte rain gage

    recently reported 0.75 inches of rain in 15 minutes. Heavy

    downpours are also ongoing closer to Golden Valley. Avoid low

    water crossings and regional drainages which are currently

    flooded.

    Bullhead City, Laughlin, Katherine Landing, Searchlight,

    Topock, Highway 95 At Mile Marker 29, Needles, Big Bend Rec

    Area, Mesquite Creek, Mojave Ranch Estates, Mohave Valley,

    Oatman, Cal-Nev-Ari, Arizona Village, Highway 95 And I-40,

    Cottonwood Cove, Cottonwood Cove Campground, Golden Valley,

    Dolan Springs and Willow Valley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.
