...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM PDT /445 AM MST/ EARLY THIS 

MORNING...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.



* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arizona, including the following 

  county, Mohave, southern California, including the following 

  county, San Bernardino, and southern Nevada, including the 

  following county, Clark.



* WHEN...Until 445 AM PDT /445 AM MST/.



* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 137 AM PDT /137 AM MST/, Doppler radar indicated heavy

    rain due to thunderstorms extending from near Cottonwood Cove

    southward towards Needles. Minor flooding is ongoing or

    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.25

    and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen.  Areas near Golden

    Valley in Mohave County and US-95 south of Needles may

    observe flooding on low water crossings.

    Bullhead City, Laughlin, Katherine Landing, Searchlight,

    Topock, Highway 95 At Mile Marker 29, Needles, Big Bend Rec

    Area, Mesquite Creek, Mojave Ranch Estates, Mohave Valley,

    Oatman, Cal-Nev-Ari, Arizona Village, Highway 95 And I-40,

    Cottonwood Cove, Cottonwood Cove Campground, Golden Valley,

    Dolan Springs and Willow Valley.
