PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 

dangers of flooding.



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Minor over bank is flooding is occurring 

  along the river.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 30.1 feet.

  - Forecast...The river will be steady through tomorrow and

    continue a slow fall.

  - Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
