The Flood Advisory will expire at 245 PM MDT this afternoon for 

portions of south central New Mexico, including the following area, 

Otero and western Texas, including the following area, Hudspeth.



Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no 

longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining 

road closures.
