Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1232 AM MDT, A cluster of slow moving thunderstorms is producting torrential rainfall northwest of Deming, particularly along U.S. Highway 180 near Butterfield Trail Estates. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding.
