...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.



* WHERE...A portion of southeast Florida, including the following 

  county, Broward.



* WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT.



* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 1248 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to

    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin

    shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain

    have fallen over the past couple hours. Any additional

    rainfall may result in additional flooding.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Plantation, Tamarac,

    Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Lauderhill, Oakland Park, Lauderdale

    Lakes, Wilton Manors, Sea Ranch Lakes, Lazy Lake, Twin Lakes,

    Golden Heights, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Franklin Park,

    Washington Park, St. George, Melrose Park, North Andrews

    Gardens and Rock Island.
