* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Flood stage. The Esopus Creek begins to 

  spill over its banks.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 11:30 PM EDT Friday the stage was 21.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.5

    feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage

    tomorrow afternoon.
