The Flood Advisory will expire at 245 PM EDT this afternoon for a 

portion of eastern New York, including the following area, Ulster.



The heavy rain has ended. Additional showers are ongoing and will 

continue on and off throughout the night tonight, but the heaviest 

rainfall rates have concluded and additional accumulations will be 

minimal. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please 

continue to heed remaining road closures.
