At 141 AM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain moving slowly northwest across the Albuquerque Metro Area. Up to 1.75 inches of rain have fallen in the past 1 hour over the Northeast Heights. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.75 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Life-threatening flows will occur in the Embudo Arroyo, Tramway Channel, I-40 Arroyo, North Diversion Channel, Hahn Arroyo, Bear Canyon Arroyo, and Pino Arroyo.
