DIKES OF THE SKAGIT RIVER BELOW SEDRO-WOOLEY is cancelled for a 

portion of northwest Washington, including the following area, 

Lowlands of Western Skagit and Northwestern Snohomish Counties.



Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
