* WHERE...A portion of east central Florida, including the following 

  areas, Volusia, Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole Counties.



* WHEN...Until 3 AM EDT Monday.



* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 

  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
