...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM PST SATURDAY...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by previous rainfall.



* WHERE...A portion of south central Washington, including the 

  following county, Kittitas.



* WHEN...Until 700 AM PST Saturday.



* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 

  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 213 AM PST, The public is continuing to report for the

    whole area.

  - This includes the following streams and drainages...

    Yakima River, Big Creek and Little Creek.

    Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is

    expected.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    mainly rural areas of Northwestern Kittitas County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.



Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law 

enforcement and request they pass this information to the National 

Weather Service when you can do so safely.
