Delayed mud and rockslides in steep terrain will remain a threat due to very saturated ground. * WHERE...A portion of North Central Washington, including the following counties, Chelan and Okanogan. * WHEN...Until 500 PM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Saturated soils may lead to delayed mud and rocks coming down steep terrain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 753 AM PST, The area has received between 1.5 and 4 inches of rain with excessive snowmelt over the last 36 hours. Temperatures remain above freezing with snow melt continuing in the mountains. Rivers and creeks have crested but remain very high. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.15 inches possible along the immediate Cascade crest in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
