...The National Weather Service in Spokane WA has issued a Flood 

Warning for the following rivers in Idaho...



  North Fork Coeur d Alene River at Enaville affecting Shoshone and 

  Kootenai Counties.



For the Coeur d'Alene River...including Enaville...Minor flooding is 

forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.



Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 

cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO EARLY TOMORROW 

AFTERNOON...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...North Fork Coeur d Alene River at Enaville.



* WHEN...From this evening to early tomorrow afternoon.



* IMPACTS...At 72.5 feet, Minor flooding of country roads near the 

  right bank of the Upper North Fork is possible.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 3:45 PM PST Thursday the stage was 71.6 feet.

  - Bankfull stage is 71.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening

    to 72.3 feet late this evening. It is expected to recede

    below flood stage by early Friday afternoon.

  - Flood stage is 72.0 feet.

  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

    72.1 feet on 02/20/1995.
