...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM AST THIS EVENING...



* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is 

  expected.



* WHERE...Naguabo.



* WHEN...Until 615 PM AST.



* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from 

  earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and 

  may not be passable.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 313 PM AST, River sensor reports indicated that Rio Blanco

    is at minor flood stage due to excessive runoff. Flooding is

    ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Up

    to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.

  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is

    expected.





PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are 

potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded 

roads. Find an alternate route.
