This includes the cities of Skagway and Haines. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, other low-lying areas and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A series of lows will bring a prolonged period of rain combined with warmer temperatures aloft allowing for any precipitation falling into the region to remain as rain. Showers will continue to move through the area this afternoon and evening. Some of these showers could be heavy at times For the Skagway area, Up to an inch of rain is still possible through this afternoon into the overnight hours tonight.
